I just posted a new picture with a wig I got this week. I like the wig but I am not sure about the petticoat I added today. Can you tell me what looks better, the one with or without the petticoat? By the way I found some great black thigh highs with a pink bow on the back. I have not posted those pictures yet but they match perfect with the dress. Now I am in search of shoes.... arg!!!!!

Wow, the wig looks really cute, and I like the stockings. They make your legs look a lot better. Have you tried using foundation before putting on makeup? It will give a somewhat smoother look, I think (I haven't tried myself, but that's what I've been told). Personally, I think the poof in the skirt is really cute. If you could find a shorter one that just fluffed the skirt, and not the waist, I think that would be better, though.

I think I just figured it out. I rolled up the top of the petticoat because it was too long. That ended up giving me a lot of fluff in my waist. I am going to trim the lowest layer of the petticoat off so I can wear it the correct way. By the way I posted pictures of the back of the stockings now. Thank you everyone for your advice on the stockings vs no stockings issue I had. I have decided to go with these stockings as they match and look closet to the reference pictures I have of Asuka. I am however looking for shoes still. Sorry but pink strapy heeled sandals don't go with a school girl uniform. hehehe

the problem i see on your costume is, i think the cutter know that you are a boy... its looks like a normal "male" cutting... i think you must work more on your waist

okay here my tips for you:

- work on your waist, corsage will be your good friend, so you have the wrong dimension on your costume, its to wide
- do brighter makeup on your face, i see a little beard
- when you pose, dont stand straight, cross your legs and show your shoulder a little
- arms up to the hips... or behind the body, not to the front (look on your avatar *G*)
- it is an underskirt ? you have to pull it higher...
- the nylons can be little brighter... that makes the full view little softer
- the boobs are too high
- smile
- you have to work on your eyes... the eyes need makeup.. you have very small eyes
- you have to find a tool in your hands... arr bad english sorry... take a teddybear or something like that, that makes the whole picture littlebit cuter... so thats the trick

you could also try to take-in the costume at the waist.

and the 'boobs' are a little uneaven. i would take anja's suggestions and try to make them even, definietely.

anja also has good points about the posing... more cutsie -10yr old girl, the plushy suggestions is good, and cross the legs - definitely. one foot in front of the other - think ballerina in a tutu...

for the hair, i would put the ponny tails higher, like a 5 year old girl, up on top of the head more, this will make you also look younger and be more like the avatar pix you have...

for the make-up, the picture makes you kind of 'shiny' a base matte liquid makeup foundation and then a matte powder will help that. and agree with anja make it more cute - try pink lipstick maybe...

but the costume looks awesome and the tailoring, except for the few items anya called out, looks awesome... you also may try white stockings - those may also make you look younger

Ok I am working on the dress. I am taking it in 2 inches since I have lost weight recently. I modified the petticoat and starched the entire costume. I will be taking pictures soon and posting them. For now I have been working wit h makeup, I had the cosmetics girl at the store match my face and bought new foundation, powder and lipstick. She suggested reds and browns for eye shadow. I had eye shadow in the previous picture but they are too soft to notice. Sorry but I need to wait till Friday (payday) before I shop for more makeup but please give me your input on my latest attemp at makeup. I have posted a picture. This was just a makeup trial and I did nothing to the wig tonight.
