i've cracked my brains for hours and i still can't figure out how to make Chii's cute little white hat she wears with her bakery outfit. i've seen a couple of completed bakery costume sets with the hat but they aren't hats but more like headpieces. i'm sure what she wears in the anime is a hat, not a headpiece.

it's like a little dutch milkmaid's hat, with little pointy "ears" at the sides, just above her persocon ears. all my attempts turn out to look like a depressed neko rather than kawaii little white bakery hat!!! if anyone has any idea how to make the hat, please help!!! *kowtows*

p.s. if there ever was a bakery in town with uniforms as cute as Chiroru's, i'd be the first one to fill in the application!

Ok I re-watched the scene with chii wearing the bakery dress, but when i saw the back of it, it didn't look like a hat.

It's not hat. I'd say it's more of bandanna-ish, but surprisingly,
I heard it is similar design of maid's headress (one of those lace-ish thing
maid wears.) I think you might want to look up internet for maid dress,
especially japanese one because they have lots of detailed picture from
various angle.

the only thing I can come up with for the head dress would be to take and head band and cover it with white fabric. dont make it look too droopy or else it will look like the depressed cat like you were complaining about
