Hello!
My sister hopes to dress as Totoro, but we're not sure where to look for a costume pattern that would serve the purpose.... any suggestions? |

Make his head out of FOAM. FOAM, FOAM FOAM. If you need any tutorial on how to make foam heads, puting fur on it.etc, go here.
