Hello all! I am planning on making my first wings ever for my next cosplay! Dizzy from Guilty Gear! I did want to make giant wings but decided that it would be to difficult for a beginner. So instead I want to make little/meduim size wings.

So here's where this topic helps....were on earth should I begin??

What basic materials would I need, and how much. What would be the best/easiest way on makign them and keeping them on. (a harness??) and what would be a good way on making it (ie harness)

I heard that using cardboard works....how would I use it exactly??
