Star Trek Online Uniform

I have played Star Trek Online since it started 3 years ago, and I have always been intrigued by the Sierra 4 Uniform Shirt Piece. http://www.stowiki.org/Uniform/Sierra_4

I can do the pants with some coaching from my sticher / sewer / seamstressery master thing friend.

I am such a noob when it comes to this stuff. She asked me for a pattern and I don't know what that means. also I wouldn't know what materials to use to get that shine effect. I have screen shots of my character for the colors so its not really needed but I am a science officer so its more of a blue /d dark blue.

Any help would be appreciative, and please remember I know SQUAT about costume making.

Also if anyone you know a place that already makes uniforms from this game I'd be willing to pay for that. I am hoping for something before the Star Trek Into Darkness premiere on May 17th.
