I dunno what all I should do for Chelstato from Star Ocean... like what should the material be....

First of all it's CHISATO :-P

If you don't want to sew it, buy these components:

*a gold turtleneck
*red shorts that go almost to your knee (you might want to look at Goodwill)
*white ribbon about 2 inches wide (for the shorts trim)
*red ribbon about 3 in wide (for the armband)
*a black dress jacket and have it altered so it form fits you and has the same general shape. You could go to a tailor, and bring them a reference picture
*a blue headband
*some round gold earrings
*long elf ears (which you can make with the short elf ears and some clay)
*droopy, oversize black socks


Am I still making you the shoes? If not,
*red boots, but if you can't find those, bulky brown boots can be spray painted
*cardboard
*stretchy white fabric
*black ribbon
*gold and red paints (nail olish works ^_~)

For the hair, you could just cut and style a red wig. Or you could use your own hair, I forget which one you were planning to do
