Hyatt from Excel Saga

Hi! It's my first time cosplaying and my current favorite character at the moment is Hyatt from Excel saga. (Picture below)

I have a few questions/problems.

1) What material would I make it out of?
2) Where can I find a wig?
3) THE ISSUE: My main problem is the slight cleavage in Hyatt's costume, I'm tyring to stay as true to the character as possible, but what should I do?

Any help woudl be appreciated...

From the brief period where I was thinking about doing this, I was thinking about making main part of costume out of vinyl since it looks like that in some art. I was thinking about just using a straight purple wig from sepia for the hair though it should be a bit wavy. Not sure about how best to fake the cleavage, since I didn't have that issue to think about.

Just an idea, some dany leotards have a heart shaped-top with spaghetti straps close to where the shoulder meets the arm. If you used something like that the jacket portion would cover up the strap so you could show a little cleavage without worrying if it'll stay up or not.

one idea may be to shave your chest, then tape your skin to give it a "mini-cleavage" look. you could then overaccentuate the shadows with makeup pencils. true, hyatt would have shrink a little in the bust, but it could just be crazy enough to work!

*shrug* might work in a pinch, at least. good luck on the costume! :D

Thanks for the ideas, and menchi thanks alot for the wig site, so far I think the best match is the June 802 in the characters section.

I will definately try to use PVC for most of the costume, and thanks on the cleavage help. I also wish I had a dog that looked like menchi.
