Question Belly Dancing

Hey out there in.... whatever land. I've recently gotten into belly dance, and have been making my own costume. It's coming along well enough, though I'm hitting a few snags. Mainly...

1. Where on earth do you find a variety of fringe in varying length, preferably beaded?
2. Where do you find arabian/middle eastern trim?
3. How DO those freaking ruffles work in ruffle pants????

As for that last question, I can post some pictures if needed of the pants I'm talking about. Basically though, they are a pair of harem pants, with vertical ruffles sewn on but it's the exact way they are sewn on that confuses me. I don't understand how they get that wave effect in them.

I know at least a small picture of a pair can be found here: http://www.unicorn-bds.com

Thanks!

there are a lot of people online selling bellydance supplies. Try ebay and google. Don't know about beaded fringe trim, but my local fabric store has lots. (www.designerfabrics.to)

Can't help you with the ruffles...
