World of Warcraft Warrior Shoulder Armor

Hey guys. I'm making Valor set armor from World of Warcraft, and I need some tips. The shoulders (because of their big, bulky state) seem abit daunting to make. I want to make them out of Plaster with Felt inside. Anybody have any ideas on how to make the shoulder armor adhere to the shape?

I'm working on two cosplays along the same line as you, all I can say is tier 3.

To make the shoulders I would suggest make a wire mesh, cover it, and paint. For the covering part, you could use foam, paper mache, fiberglass, wonderflex, or vinyl. Choose which method you would like to use then look around for tutorials on howto do each method.

Good Luck

For the shoulder paulderons, I'd start seeing what types of bowls and dishes you've got at your local 99 cent store.

It worked for the Giant Robo you see here:
