FF7 AC/KH2 Yuffie's Boots
Hic Hic... Well I have decided to attempt to cosplay as Yuffie once again, but this time her boots are nuts...Reference pic time!!
http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y25...VIDEO-6185.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y25...ngekiDEC03.jpg http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y25...yV/yuffies.jpg I think i might be able to find boots like her around fall b/c that's when boots are in, so I'm gonna stay on the look out...but, I was wondering if anyone maybe knows anywhere online I could fine a pair of boots similar to hers?? I just bought a pair from WalMart actaully, they don't look much like hers AT ALL...but I decided to buy them and if I cant find anything remotely more similar I will use them as a last resort...LOL Here are my nasty boots...haha they are more for winter -_-'' http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y25...V/Picture4.jpg I know Ebay had a pair similar to Yuffie's a while ago except they all had weird lil imprints on them....Anyway...I'm not a big fan of buying online, so if anyone knows of a store they have seen similar Yuffie boots in, that would be great, but if worse comes to worse i will try and buy online...hic hic...Thanks in advance!! -VV |

hey you know every time i see yuffies boots they remind me of Converse shoes.
mabey you could find a simular colored fabric and attatch it to the shoes, if you tried that you would need to buy an eylet kit(thats the metal thingies that the laces go through) sorry if this doesnt help but thats all i got. ![]()

They do make "knee-high" converse shoes, however they look like they'd only go to about your mid-calf. I found some on ebay that are sort of the right color.
Tan White More white There's also these but they're black and expensive (Although they do come in a bunch of different sizes and are the right height). Click I'd keep an eye out for "Knee High/Hi Chucks/Converse/Sneakers" or "Sneaker/Converse Boots." Sadly I don't know a specific store you could visit to buy some, since you can't really tell what they have in-stock without going there yourself. Or you could always make boot covers! Edit: I found something that's pretty similar looking and cheap. Plus, if you have a Wet Seal near you you could go to the store and buy them: http://wetseal.com/productdetail.asp?mi=1600&size=&style=36601202&col or=137&token= Last edited by Castella : 09-03-2006 at 08:12 PM. |

Hmm, yes, those converse shoes dont look knee high... but i suppose they could work as a last resortWow, Wet Seal, sadly i dont live in the US, so i cant even go visit the store myself Those boots look rather similar to mine, except mine are more furry...And those do look much more like Yuffies!! LOLThanks for your help tho! I suppose if worse comes to worse i will just use the boots i have bought...or perhaps buy those boots over the internet! THanks again!!! |

you can either find fabric that is remotely close to having the flower pattern on hers, buy a shirt. Or you can do what I did: Make a tube top, create a stencil of the pattern and paint it on. The only downside is that The shirt got washed and the pattern I painted on got washed off too >.< But it is a really easy fix.

Ok as far as the shoes.... get a pair of cheap converse like shoes (tan or white) get some tan fabric and some velcrow or a glue gun (which ever is safer for you)...stick the velcrow/glue up close agianst the white rubber of the shoe and after you made the shape and form of the yuffie shoe then stick it to the shoe. Now the shirt make a stensil but don't use just any paint... use spray paint. tape the stinsel in place and put 2 coats on there. but make sure to put cardboard in the shirt so the paint doesn't leak through. you can get the kahki (I don't think I spelled that right) shorts at walmart..target...or ross for cheap. as far as the jacket and the thing she wears around her hip...I'm not sure. you might have to buy it. ok there you go.. enjoy.
