Corset Help
I just made a corset top for my fairy costume but when I lace up the back it buches up. I want to know what I can do to fix it. It might be due to useing bigger gramits when what it asked for, some worker at Jo-anns told me I should use bigger so it whould take some long to lace up. It might all so be that I'm useing cording that is much smaller then then gramits so maybe If I get bigger lace it might help? Pleaes give me your in put I'll be most happy.

How much boning do you have in the back? And how many eyelets/grommets do you have on each side?

I have one pice of boneing on each sied caz that's what it said to do, and 5 gramets on each side. It asked for 9 but I thougt sence they where bigger I whould do every other hole, in case they where to big and puled the back down when laced up.

You also might try a piece of plastic underneath the eyelets, stitched around then eyelets to provide a little more support to the material (should be a negligible discomforture).
