Would it be crossplay if a girl dressed up as Kuja from Final Fantasy 9

I mean... look at him...

No matter what he looks like, he is a male character, so yes.

Kuja isn't nearly as girly as some characters out there, hon.

I cosplayed Kuja, and it was indeed crossplay. *points at gallery*

It made a lot of guys feel funny about the whole deal. I love it.

It just makes it a slightly EASIER crossplay because if you're an accuracy freak, you don't have to worry about hiding your feminine hips ^_~ (though there's still the matter of binding...)

ummmm,
Yes (as rosiel said) it would be because he is a male character (no matter how girly he may look)
Though I've never seen a guy dress as Kuja (thankfully)
Its one of those costumes that girls can crossplay, without cross-dressing

Hahahaha binding with Kuja hahahaha. If you notice, his armor doesn't go very far down his chest, so if you're accurate.. you get to have fun with binding. *has stories*

There's been guys as Kuja. I can think of 3-4 I've seen. o.o

Yeah, there was a really cool male Kuja cosplayer at Ohayocon this year. I've been told I should cosplay Kuja, but I don't think I'd be brave enough to walk around in that outfit. O_O The Kuja at Ohayocon definitely had balls to do that. (errr... figuratively speaking, that is... not literally... I tried not to look. @_@)
