You can buy a legitimate copy from http://www.animenation.com or if you insist on buying bootlegs, I'm sure they're on ebay.

Yeah, buying the 4-cd set is way better! I got mine from Otakon 02 for 35 bucks and it wasnt bootleg ^_^ I 'd wait until a con or you can search online as previously recommended...

Durrr? They're only now releasing a US version of the FFX soundtrack? Or.. what? I don't get the thread. ^^; I mean the soundtrack was out a couple of years ago now..

But um, I always get the Japanese soundtracks and they're lovely.. I've got 7-9 at the moment. ^___^ Nice booklets and casing and everything.

Wait, which one are we talking about? I got confused by the title of this thread.

The U.S. FFX soundtrack is different from the Japanese version. The domestic version of the soundtrack is only one CD; with 17 songs on it.

Yeah, it kinda sucks. But I knew I wouldn't be able to afford an authentic version of the Japanese soundtrack, so I got this one instead. I think it has most of the "major" songs in it, minus the character themes.

Just import the Official FFX OST - it's only about $40

Yeah, about $40 USD. But, that works out to be close to $60 CAD. I don't have that kind of money to spend on OSTs.

Try ebay - you can get it for about $20 on there. Though you're always taking a risk on ebay I feel.

I can usually only find or afford for now, the domestic soundtracks. heck I have the domestic FF9 ost and love it still actually.
