Much appreciated for the walk through Shiva *hugs*. Although when i read "must be smaller than 640 pixels on the long end", I kinda smirked because I didn't know what that meant. Is it 640 pixels "long end" meaning the horizontal or vertical?
Thanks though. This site is definitely not very "new user" friendly and is surely chalked full of frustrating elements if you're not much of a web zombie like others. It takes practice to figure it out. I'd call it an advanced type of photo sharing. But even I've been through things here that really turned me off from time to time, forcing me to concentrate on my deviant art page instead for all my costume works. Hope this site gets better ie. easier to use! ![]() |

The "long end" can be either horizontal OR vertical - whichever is longer. Basically, the maximum dimension your photo can be is 640x640, but, since most photos are rectangular and not square, the easiest thing to do is change your pixel settings to 640 on the "longest" side, and the shorter side will fill in accordingly. ^^

I thought maybe I'd ask here. Is there a quick way to delete photos in bulk?

If anyone has photos loading as 12-31-1969 (weird) log into Cosplay.com in Explorer to fix. You should be able to delete them from there. I was using Firefox & not getting anywhere.
Cheers! |

I have a problem with my pictures. When I upload them, some go out of order. Why is it doing this, and can I fix it? And how can I prevent it in the future?
Ex: My colette cosplay- the first two pictures aren't the first two that I uploaded for that costume. They are pictures that I uploaded way later. I'm confused. Here's my colette costume: http://www.cosplay.com/costume/170023/ |

question: how do I delete a costume icon image? Right now for my hoppip and Kero costumes I just have a picture of the pieces of my costume. I want to delete those and just keep it blank until I'm able to upload an actual picture of me in the costume.

From what I've noticed, I don't think you can delete an icon entirely once you have one uploaded. You can at least upload a white canvas as a replacement to make the space appear blank at least.

For now, you can just ask the user politely if you can take the photo and upload it to your gallery with credit. It's what most people do on here.

What is your file size (in kb) of your icon? Perhaps it is too large a file, so you should decrease your jpg quality in order to save it. (Usually, 80% or "10" in PhotoShop is still considered high-quality as far as on-screen display.)

Thanks so much! ^____^
Would a costume that is not cosplay would be considered as a non-cosplay? It is a costume but not a cosplay so I'm not sure if I should chose non-cosplay o3o |
