Thats right!! It was just announced that there is a Persona 4 anime in the works!
Who is exited or a player of the Persona games? =D

Because "Persona: Trinity Souls" was such a great show :/

I like me some Persona, but I would have preferred P4 Portable.

I do have my reservations, Trinity Souls wasn't very memorable or amazing... I know how the P4 story plays out, all that's left is to see if it's presented well.

Here's the teaser trailer for those who can't load the one at the official website.

I'll take practically anything Persona 4 related, so I am very excited about this! I love how it was announced on the day Persona 4 happens in-game. Looks like the protagonist has an official name now: Yu Narukami. Before, all we had to go on was the manga's name: Souji Seta.

Let's hope the anime doesn't disappoint.

And about a Persona 4 Portable, I heard that the development team didn't want to make one unless they can add a lot more to it. That's not possible on a PSP's UMD unless they go for two or something. So with the NGP announced, it's possible that we might see a Persona 4 Portable on there.

I've just started playing P4 pretty recently, so this is actually kinda cool~. I really like the game a lot. : D

Watching the trailer got me excited for this! Persona: Trinity Souls was so fail. The only reason I watched some of the episodes is because I'm a Akihiko fan and he was in there.

I liked trinity soul, but mostly because I never played through all of P3.

I assume that I will not like the P4 anime as much as the game though. It's not MY guy, he's not making MY decisions to have three hot girlfriends.

I love Persona 4, I dated Yukiko and Rise in the game.

Hopefully the anime company makes the right choice

I'm excited about it, a bit sad they didn't use the manga name for the MC as I really liked it. I hope that it is eventually brought over and dubbed by the same people from the game.

That's actually what I'm most worried about if it gets dubbed. While there's a chance that the voice actors will be the same, odds are the voice directors probably won't be the same, especially since Atlus strictly localizes games, not anime.
