Want a pre acen anime filmfest? Then come out to Chicago State University April 4,11, and 25 for a hellacious film fest!

Yes, We're at it again!

here's the Info for anyone who wants to attend:

Dates
Friday April 4, 11, and 25

Where:
Chicago State University Douglas Library Building room 101
9501 S. King Drive
Chicago IL 60628

There is a suggested donation of $1.00 which enters you into a raffle
for some really great prizes provided by the art club

As a bonus...here's the screening schedule for all those who might be
interested in attending

April 4: Martial arts meyhem
Inuyasha :affections across time (the first movie)
Ranma 1/2: big trouble in necorohan (sp?) China

April 11: Bitchin bodacious babe, Naomi Armitage
Armitage III Polymatrix
Armitage III: Dualmatrix

April 25: Vampires rule
Vampire hunter D
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust
(If time permits) Blood: The Last Vampire

Some of the prizes that will be given away include:
costumes
wallscrolls
character bears
plus much more...
but the only way you can be eligible to win one is to donate a dollar
and enter the raffle ^__~V

Oh and for the record....Anime Central is NOT and I repeat NOT a sponcer of this event...in fact Anime Central has absolutly nothing to do with this film fest...well cept for any flyers I Might hand out.

Any advice on parking for someone who has never been there? I know some places parking can be interesting.

I swoon for vampires and hope to attend April 25. All warm and fuzzy just thinking about D. He is almost a Vampire.

Here's the parking information....Baditz Girl, I already forwarded this info to you through PM:

Well you can take do one of three things:

1 and this is what many of the students do...well those who refused to pay for a parking pass is to park along the residental streets just off of king drive (highly Recommend) but if you do this, please try to arrive at least 15 min early seeing you have to be very careful how and where you enter the residental area.

2. park on the campus parking lot, but there it's three dollars flat to park on campus. They don't charge by the hour, but sometimes parking in the lot can be a real pain in the butt

3. Public transportation

[COLOR=royal blue] there has been a littl change in the schedule. this friday rather than showing the armitage movies (Discount Anime DVD never processed my order, but took my money...lousy rotten sew n sews) This friday there will be a You Pic Roulette
