well nothing really new from me except im a little behind in this thread lol
im in progress of some new costumes from different zelda games and hopefully a lot of it will be done for ala. The midna helmet looks really cool and as I said before we should get a big group together with midna helmets. we shall rule the world! bwahaha lol

It's no fair, most of you guys live in America xD;;
Once my friend gets Twilight Princess, I'll proberly do a few costumes from there, but not until I've actually played it. Yes, we shall all rule the World, alongside Meercats <_< >_> EDIT: Anyway, it's like, 9:30pm here, I need sleep. G'Night peeps ^^

Does anybody have some advice on doing Zelda's armor for when the time comes for me to make it, please? Can she be at a convention with no armor or should she have it on to complete the costume?

You should look back at the tutorials for craft foam since that seems like what everyone does for zelda armor.

If I ever move to America (Which is highly unlikely) I'm going to go to every convention up there >>; I wanna see how much US conventions are different to UK ones

Speaking of foam... I've got enough to make like 3 shields right now!! (which... I just might :-p)
Gonna start working on sculpting it tomorrow. as well as the master-sword. I also got some materials today to make a "stage combat" friendly version of Links' "chainmail". (it's impractacle to roll around in chainmail on stage...) I hope it turns out well o_o. More details as these and other updates as they progress! |
