I'd probably have to draw up a diagram of how i made it, it wasn't too difficult but to try and explain it in words would be a nightmare.
Materails however are, Vinyl. Foamies. ABS plastic (thermoformed). and leather for the attaching parts.

In terms of reference... My best advice is load the game, and produce a template as you're actually looking at the game model. Images online seem to be sparse and rare, and hard to see.
ahhhhhhh foamies I thought so though I really could not tell
which shows its excellence

it really does loook great
I was considering making one for my link and after seeing this I really want to now

Hey, guys. I'm working on my Komali costume and it occured to me that I need a place to keep all of my stuff(wallet, cell, etc) in. Do you guys think he would ever wear the Rito delivery bag? I know he's the prince and all...And if not. Does anyone have any suggestions for a place to store my things?

Well, personally i would suggest two options....

Since he has a 'longer' shirt this makes both easier.
1. Add pockets into the pants

2. Do not add pockets, and just get a belt to wear underneath the shirt, with a cellphone holder, and belt pouch for your keys/wallet. If you had extra time... you could even craft them yourself to match your cosplay ^_^.

Keeping it close to the body or wearing it at the back would hide them out of view of the camera

P.S. I'm relieved.... I now know that to be finished the only thing left to do is the shield... aaahh.... sweet relief. I'll have all the time in the world after finals! ^_^

heheh great! Thats all I needed to know!! ^____^

Thank you soo much~

I also encountered that problem with my Tetra cosplay, and although this might not necessarily help Komali's costume, I made individual pockets on the inside of the vest for my phone, camera, and wallet, and I placed them so the item buldge would not be visible. Or, if you wanted to try something really different (and had loads of time to figure this out), you could try crafting the orb he holds for the first half of the game in a way that would allow you to store your items inside, while keeping them out of sight (sort of like a non-transparent hamster ball)

gah, i would love to do something like that but finding places to store stuff on a Nabooru cosplay is more or less impossible.
So i have chosen to make a small shoulder bag in the same style of the costume so it will not look to out of place ^.^
Its just an idea for other people that do not have room to add pockets ect...

Otherwise i really admire what you did Silent hoofbeat! good way to keep things uber secure!

That's a great idea about the orb! It might look out of place with the matured Komali (which is what I plan to make) but it would work. And Tsuyosa those suggestions would help out a lot too. Thank you for your advice. :3

Hmm.. I see you've already gotten some good advice, but I think the delivery bag is actually a really good idea. It's already in the game, so it's not like you're taking any huge creative liberties. While it might be unlikely that a prince would wear it... well, he's gotta carry stuff somehow, right?

You guys are so creative, haha! For my Zelda costume I just stuck everything in my boot. Surprisingly, it wasn't a problem. :P

I stuck all of my stuff in my shirt with my Colin costume. I thought it would be okay but it just make me look bulkier than what I wanted. So since then I've been trying to make pouches and such to carry everything in. My forest minish costume has a little pouch that hooks onto a belt. But none of it is seen because the poncho covers it.

My cousin and I are using foamies to make the armour for his Fierce Deity, and we've found this tutorial off the web extremely useful:

(it's also posted here, in another thread....somewhere)

Yes thats a great tutorial ^_^ I'd go that way too what I do with foamies though is substitute the elmers glue with fiberglass resin that way you'd never know that it was ever made out of foamies doesnt really matter though it looks good either way.
