Hey, I hate to do this here, BUT, I came across the image of another human Midna at DragonCon - this guy was apparently taking photos without getting releases signed and is trying to sell them - I haven't seen mine there yet, but I haven' tbeen through all of them. I tried to find her on cosplay, but I don't see her. Does anyone know who she is and can get in contact with her to tell her her image is being sold (illegally) on this site?

It didn't earlier when I clicked it. Apparently the photographer knows he's have been caught, I saw atleast 7 comments calling him out on selling prints without consent. <.<

Hi I'm new.
I don't mean to break up any trains of thought here but I was wondering if someone out there might be able to help me.
I'm working on a TP Link outfit and I'm starting with the boots (I'm aiming for as close to as 100% accuracy with this cosplay).
I'm using a Plains Boot Moccasin pattern pack from Tandy Leather Factory and I'm trying to modify it.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions on what I could do with this pattern or is there another pattern I might want to look into?
Thank you guys for your time.

So, my Agitha wig finally came in!

Really bad pic, but its the only one that came out where you can see the whole thing...

Ive styled a vocaloid Len wig before, but I think Ill bring this one to the hair stylist as I am afraid to cut the ponytails cause they are to long. (@-@)

That color is great! If you didn't already want to, then I suggest you make the wig a little bigger than it is now. Because Agita's hair is sooo big @w@
Please show some more pictures of the progress sometime ^^

O.O *keels over from the price* That's flipping amazing but holy cow--the price! I can't imagne what they'd charge for an Adult Midna!

It seems funny though, this site: http://www.zeldauniverse.net/zelda-n...g-up-from-f4f/ was debating on the teaser pics for the new model coming out and of course it's Zant--anyone would have known from the small pics from the official site, but it's funny to me that they used my boyfriend's cosplay for a reference photo, like it was the real thing. -_-

That Zant on there is http://www.cosplay.com/member/169354/ Xellos_Grave. And Seifer-sama made his cosplay too.

My chainmail, ITS DONE! I had to switch to alluminum rings due to time constrain but overall its looks okay. I know its a little big on the sleeves and such but I plan to fix that. And yes, my wig part is on the wrong side. I fixed that after I took the photo. And sorry for a crappy photo, I don't have a good camera nearby.

Sucks cosplay.com won't upload it because its too big. Was too small when I resized it for coscom.

Speaking of Chainmail, I have been trying to source out a set of gold or copper colored mail to help finish my first version of Link, but am not finding anyway. Would it work and would it be too much of a sacrilege to anyone who actually knows about mail to get silver copper or stainless steel mail and perhaps spray paint it a more gold color with one of Krylon's paints designed for metal?

i have seen it done... it looked good to me. you just gotta re paint it everyone once in a while... wish i was smart enough to ask what kinda paint they used. i wouldnt do krylons, they dont do too well on metals. maybe a rustoleum or an auto paint would be a better choice.

Or you could just buy the colored mail. I bought my chainmail here.

Unfortunately, I do not believe I posses the the skill needed to actually make my own mail, and it is difficult to find already made mail shirts in the correct color.

to be honest, its not that hard to make... just crazy time consuming. i bought my suit off ebay. there are lots to choose from. the comparable suits that a beginner would make you can get for only $99, while some of the higher end ones go for 200-600 bucks. unless you are doing frequent stage combat, or sca style fighting, the cheaper suit is more than enough for costume use.
