Should we have a club time

Should we reserve a time for everyone from Cosplay.com to meet and talk? I know that we have some club house times available.

Is this something that people would be interested in?

Wow that would be great. I'd do it. Btw...if you don't pre-register can you still sign up for the clubhouse...cause our club isn't pre -regestering...and i was just wondering.

Saturday would be good. I have a Fruits Basket group for sometime Saturday, and maybe a Sailor Moon group, but I think Saturday would be nice. I'm not sure on what time would be best though.

Saturday is great...I have the Fruits Basket group as well but I'll make it to the club house...sometime........someday................... ............

(we can't pre-reg....we only going one day and it cheapers to reg at door) ^^;

Here are the open times:

12:00 AM - 02:00 AM: OPEN
CLOSED UNTIL 12 NOON
12:00 PM - 02:00 PM: OPEN
02:00 PM - 04:00 PM: Aoi Hayashi
04:00 PM - 06:00 PM: OPEN
06:00 PM - 08:00 PM: OPEN
08:00 PM - 10:00 PM: OPEN
10:00 PM - 12:00 AM: OPEN

Does anyone know what would be best for them?

What equipment could we use? What about emergency sewing and cosplay supplies in case someone has a rip or a tear? Forgot an object or broke their sword.

What do you all think?

I think what I'll do is send out PMs to those involved in my Fruits Basket group and ask which time is best, and the majority of those who answer will be the time for it. Other than that, I'd say noon-2 or 4-6 would be nice, depending on what time the group will be at. ^^

I think that the cosplay emergency idea is great! ^_^ Maybe some j-pop CDs/small stereo? I'm not sure. I'll try to think of ideas tonight.

4:00-6:00 is a good time for me. I'm in charge of a small group for our club then, so it'll be easy to hop in.

I don't know when the Fruits Basket is ... I', trying to get all the details...there is a thread on it...but I don't have the URL...^^;
